We are supporting a well-regarded organisation seeking an HR Senior Associate to specialise in the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on absence management, wellbeing, and operational HR support.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being closely involved in day-to-day people matters, working with HR systems, and supporting employees and managers through key stages of the employment journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to absence management and ongoing employee support
  • Manage and advise on different types of employee absence, including sickness absence, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Liaise with Occupational Health providers, coordinating referrals and managing outcomes
  • Support wellbeing-related cases, providing guidance to managers and employees in line with best practice
  • Maintain accurate HR records and case documentation using HR systems and technologies
  • Provide operational HR support to managers, ensuring consistent application of HR processes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • CIPD Level 3 or above (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience using HR technologies and systems
  • Strong understanding of employee absence types and sickness absence requirements
  • Experience working with Occupational Health providers
  • Experience supporting wellbeing-related cases within an HR environment

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
  • Practical, hands-on approach to HR operations
  • Confident communicator
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
