HR Senior Associate
Apply for this jobWe are supporting a well-regarded organisation seeking an HR Senior Associate to specialise in the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on absence management, wellbeing, and operational HR support.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being closely involved in day-to-day people matters, working with HR systems, and supporting employees and managers through key stages of the employment journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to absence management and ongoing employee support
- Manage and advise on different types of employee absence, including sickness absence, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Liaise with Occupational Health providers, coordinating referrals and managing outcomes
- Support wellbeing-related cases, providing guidance to managers and employees in line with best practice
- Maintain accurate HR records and case documentation using HR systems and technologies
- Provide operational HR support to managers, ensuring consistent application of HR processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- CIPD Level 3 or above (or equivalent)
- Proven experience using HR technologies and systems
- Strong understanding of employee absence types and sickness absence requirements
- Experience working with Occupational Health providers
- Experience supporting wellbeing-related cases within an HR environment

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
- Practical, hands-on approach to HR operations
- Confident communicator
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
