HR System Analyst
Apply for this jobAn established organisation is seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join its in-house Applications team. This role offers flexible working, a competitive package, and the opportunity to work closely with a small, friendly team supporting business-critical HR systems.
This role would be ideal for an HR generalist who enjoys working with systems and process improvements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of HR applications, with a strong focus on Workday
- Predominantly focus on HR specific applications such as HCM, ATS, Learning and Payroll further expanding integrations to other core applications such as Viewpoint, Elite 3E and our SaaS suite
- Act as a key point of contact for HR system-related queries and issues
- Support system configurations, upgrades, releases and enhancements
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand requirements and improve system functionality
- Assist with testing, documentation and change management activities
- Support integrations, data quality and system security where applicable
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the Application Support & Development team
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Demonstrable experience working with HR-specific applications
- Strong preference for hands-on Workday experience
- Experience within an Application Support team or similar environment
- Understanding of HR processes and how systems support them
- Experience supporting business-critical applications in a live environment
