Human Capital Manager, 18 month FTC
Apply for this jobWe are seeking a Human Capital Manager to join our client’s People Operations team on an 18-month fixed-term basis. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you will play a key part in driving the employee lifecycle, collaborating across teams, and contributing to the wider People Pillar.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead on People Systems, Reward, and Policy, ensuring HR frameworks are robust, effective, and future-ready
- Partner with other Human Capital teams, including HC Business Partners, Digital, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and HC Risk & Quality
- Deliver insightful data analysis, visualisation, and reporting to inform decision-making across the business
- Manage and continuously improve HR technologies, such as Workday, to optimise employee experience and efficiency
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and programs that drive engagement, compliance, and organisational success
- Handle competing priorities with professionalism, resourcefulness, and an ability to build rapport across all levels of the business
- Support ad hoc strategic initiatives, influencing and shaping people-focused decisions across the organisation
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and visualisation
- Hands-on experience in managing and developing HR systems (e.g., Workday)
- Strong background in HR policy creation and program implementation
- Expertise in reward management, including compensation and benefits

- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
