In-House Company Secretary Manager

This is a standout opportunity to move away from client-facing work and focus purely on core governance responsibilities for the group’s Jersey holding structures. You’ll be central to maintaining robust corporate governance in a complex, international business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full range of company secretarial duties for the Jersey-based holding companies
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards
- Organise and attend board and committee meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions
- Maintain statutory records and filings with the Jersey Financial Services Commission
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across the global group on governance and entity management matters
- Support corporate projects, restructures, and other group initiatives as required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- ICSA / CGI-qualified or working towards qualification
- Proven experience in a company secretarial or governance-focused role
- Strong understanding of Jersey company law and governance practices
- Prior experience working with international structures or within an in-house environment is advantageous
