KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Roles will vary depending on level but will typically include:
- Managing a varied portfolio of in-house entities across multiple jurisdictions and sectors
- Supporting corporate governance, statutory compliance, and board processes
- Assisting with incorporations, liquidations, minute-taking, filings, and document preparation
- Liaising with global teams, external advisors, and regulators as required
- Ensuring high standards of accuracy and confidentiality across all documentation
- Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members (Senior/Manager roles)
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Some previous experience in a corporate services environment or a strong academic background and desire to train (for trainee roles)
- A solid understanding of Jersey company law and regulatory requirements (for administrator levels and above)
- A relevant professional qualification or study pathway (e.g. ICSA/CGI, STEP, or equivalent) for Administrator level and above
