KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the ongoing performance monitoring process for portfolios
• Qualitative commentary on portfolio performance
• Discussions with trustees and clients in respect of investment manager performance
• Input / review data related to portfolio mandate / risk profile / restrictions etc
• Input / review portfolio valuation and asset allocation data
• Conduct ongoing due diligence on current / prospective investment management and banking providers
• Review & record due diligence information provided by investment managers and banks
• Provide consultancy to the Trust Team and clients on investment-related matters
• Prepare / review reporting to clients and for internal investment oversight meetings
• Attend investment oversight committee and board meetings
• Manage the IMR team group mailbox
• Continuous improvement of team processes
• Maintain strong relationships with Trust Team, clients and intermediaries

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Regulated Qualifications Framework level 4 investment qualification
• Honours degree
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in an investment environment, preferably in a consultancy capacity
• Advanced literacy, numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and applications, especially Excel
