IT Business Analyst (AI Programme)
Apply for this jobWe’re supporting a forward-thinking professional services organisation that’s investing heavily in responsible, value-led AI adoption. They’re now looking to appoint an IT Business Analyst (AI Programme) to join their dynamic AI Programme team.
This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, product and project support, user enablement, and governance. You’ll play a key role in helping teams across Legal, OGL, and Business Services safely adopt AI-enabled tools and ways of working. This is not a technical IT or development role — the focus is on enablement, analysis, adoption, and governance rather than building custom AI or machine learning models.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI and automation can deliver measurable business value
- Conduct business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, impact assessment, and benefits tracking
- Support the rollout and adoption of AI-enabled tools, ensuring users are confident, supported, and well-informed
- Contribute to product and project governance, including risk, quality, and compliance considerations
- Assist with change management activities, including communications, training support, and adoption monitoring
- Help develop and maintain documentation, standards, and artefacts supporting safe and consistent AI usage
- Collaborate with technology, risk, and business teams to ensure alignment with organisational policies and objectives
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in business analysis, product adoption, digital workplace initiatives, or AI-enabled change
- Background within professional services and/or a legal environment
- Hands-on experience delivering AI or automation initiatives from discovery through to rollout, with clear value outcomes
- Demonstrable involvement in governance, risk, and quality processes
- Exposure to change management and user enablement activities
- Strong enthusiasm for continuous learning and keeping pace with emerging technology

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
