Our client is an independent trust company who are looking to recruit an experienced IT Project Manager to run a IT large implementation project.  This is a pivotal 6-month contract role focused on delivering change within a trust and corporate services environment, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption of new technology platforms.

Experience in a similar role in a Trust company is essential, ideally having implemented Navision, PlainSail or Business Central.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and senior stakeholders to ensure that project goals are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with business priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of an IT systems implementation project within a trust and corporate services environment
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with business and technical stakeholders
• Manage relationships with third-party software vendors and internal teams
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure all project deliverables meet compliance, data protection, and quality standards
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including clear reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes
• Support user readiness, change adoption, and post-implementation reviews

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven track record delivering IT transformation or systems implementation projects within financial services
• Experience in a similar role in a Trust company is essential, ideally having implemented Navision, PlainSail or Business Central.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, or similar)
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions
• Excellent vendor management and contract oversight experience
