Our client a well established wealth advisor is seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Dealer to join the team. 

As a Junior Dealer, you will be responsible for supporting the senior dealers in executing trades and managing risk in trading operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in the finance industry and develop their skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish, build and nurture both internal and external client relationships
• Support the team with the placing of trades across different asset classes
• Undertake deposit placements with our core banks
• Keep industry knowledge up to date
• Be aware of other products and services to ensure the client is gaining maximum benefit from the company
• Support the team with Forex deals and Forward deals
• Take an active role in projects within the company to enhance the client delivery and increased efficiently of the business
• Be familiar with the account opening process so as to assist the account opening team where necessary
• Undertake administration duties as required to facilitate order completion on all trades executed via SFT and external institutions

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Post holder will be looking for their first step into the Broking/ Treasury environment
• Hold or be willing to undertake relevant professional studies in order to perform the role (Minimum : CISI Level 4)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Sound knowledge of MS office
• Possess a genuine interest in the Financial and Investment Markets
• Must be entitled or entitled to work
