KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft legal documentation with precision and clarity
• Engage directly with clients, building trusted relationships
• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide technical advice under the guidance of experienced lawyers
• Support on corporate matters, contributing to the success of the firm’s diverse portfolio

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 0-4 years PQE in a legal role, ideally with experience in Jersey legal advice on corporate matters
• Qualified lawyer, with a passion for delivering high-quality work
• Experience or interest in corporate, banking, finance, or funds/financial services is an advantage
