We are partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit a Knowledge Management Administrator to join their dynamic, pan-jurisdictional team, with hybrid working available.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in legal technology, knowledge sharing, and process improvement to support how information is captured, organised, and used across the business. You’ll play a key role in driving efficiency and innovation by helping teams maximise existing systems and knowledge resources.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the organisation and maintenance of internal knowledge systems and databases
  • Drive knowledge sharing across teams by promoting best use of existing tools and platforms
  • Assist with the development and improvement of knowledge resources and templates
  • Support the use and optimisation of legal tech and knowledge platforms
  • Conduct legal and business research to support internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions to improve processes and accessibility of information
  • Assist with document automation and workflow tools

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience using tools such as iManage, SharePoint, Visio, or Contract Express is desirable (but not essential)
  • Exposure to AI-enabled legal technology or knowledge tools would be a strong advantage
  • Ability to carry out legal research with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills, with high proficiency across Microsoft 365 applications

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • A genuine interest in knowledge management, legal operations, or legal technology
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
