KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define learning and development needs across the business and recommend suitable, effective solutions (not limited to training courses)
- Design, deliver and evaluate learning initiatives that support both business objectives and personal growth
- Interpret and analyse learning and performance data to inform future strategy and measure success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external learning providers and partners
- Manage the learning budget effectively, ensuring value and impact from all initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders at all levels to understand needs, influence decisions, and embed a culture of continuous learning
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Qualified to degree, CIPD or equivalent level is ideal
- Proven experience in a learning and development or talent development role, ideally within a professional or corporate environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and relationships with external learning partners
- Experience managing stakeholder expectations and aligning L&D strategy with business goals

- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
