Apply for this jobWe are supporting an excellent opportunity for a Legal Administrator to join a highly regarded professional services business. Working closely with fee earners, you will assist with a broad range of administrative and junior fee-earning tasks, helping to support the efficient delivery of client work and wider team objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support to fee earners across a range of legal matters
- Assist with document preparation, formatting and file management
- Manage correspondence, diaries, meetings and general team coordination
- Support with client onboarding and compliance processes
- Carry out junior fee-earning tasks where appropriate
- Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Ideally a graduate / educated to A Level standard with strong academic results
- Administration or secretarial qualification would be advantageous
- Previous experience within a professional services environment preferred, ideally legal
- Confident IT user with experience across Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and willing to support wider team objectives
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
