We are supporting an excellent opportunity for a Legal Administrator to join a highly regarded professional services business. Working closely with fee earners, you will assist with a broad range of administrative and junior fee-earning tasks, helping to support the efficient delivery of client work and wider team objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support to fee earners across a range of legal matters
  • Assist with document preparation, formatting and file management
  • Manage correspondence, diaries, meetings and general team coordination
  • Support with client onboarding and compliance processes
  • Carry out junior fee-earning tasks where appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Ideally a graduate / educated to A Level standard with strong academic results
  • Administration or secretarial qualification would be advantageous
  • Previous experience within a professional services environment preferred, ideally legal
  • Confident IT user with experience across Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and willing to support wider team objectives
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
