KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Efficiently manage administrative tasks to keep the Funds team running like a well-oiled machine
- Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of legal documentation
- Collaborate closely with legal professionals to facilitate their success
- Assisting the Partners with team-specific financials/matter management e.g. budgets, WIP, aged debt reporting
- Ensure active files are kept up to date
- Assist with preparation of invoices and follow up of payments
- Organise in-house and external meetings
- Organise travel and business development events
- Support other team members in busier periods
- Maintain professional contacts on in house system
- Maintain online filing system
- Supporting the fee earners with generic administrational tasks
- Actively participate in team meetings, social events and such other duties as the firm may reasonably require from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 2 years' administrative experience within a legal environment is essential
- Accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience with diary management and strong IT skills are essential
