We’re supporting a boutique litigation firm in their search for a Legal Assistant to join their growing admin team. This role will focus on supporting a portfolio of personal injury cases, handling the day-to-day administration and claims work that ensures cases are managed efficiently and effectively.

You’ll work closely with one of the firm’s lawyers, providing vital organisational and administrative support, while gaining hands-on exposure to the claims process.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small, close-knit team where your contribution is visible, and your attention to detail makes a real difference.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Provide administrative support for a portfolio of personal injury cases
  • Manage claims documentation, correspondence, and case files
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties to keep cases on track
  • Support lawyers with case preparation and file management
  • Ensure deadlines are met and paperwork is accurate and complete

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience working in a law firm is essential
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases at once
  • Experience handling case administration, ideally within personal injury or litigation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Confident managing sensitive client information with discretion
  • Proactive, adaptable, and reliable under pressure
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
