KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Act as a senior front office lending specialist and as both an internal and external credit advisor
• Review mortgage applications, suggesting changes and debating structural situations
• Assist all Lending Offers in the approvals and conclusion of facilities they underwrite
• Underwriting more complex credit facilities
• Work with Credit Risk and Credit Ops to ensure credit facilities are within the defined risk strategy, ensuring that risk culture is built into all new product design, case submissions and portfolio reviews
• Make recommendations for continuous improvement to processes
• Contribute and present to the company Credit Committee

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Good Credit/Lending experience
• Ideally CEMAP qualified or equivalent. If not, be prepared to undertake
