KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate closely with the local and global Management Finance Team and partnership stakeholders ensuring alignment with long-term growth objectives
- Maintain internal controls, financial data integrity and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Have a holistic, end-to-end view of the company’s full value chain and pinpoint opportunities that need attention
- Routine month end closing activities, including inter-company balance and balance sheet reconciliations
- Work with both global and local operations finance department, providing clear direction and alignment with Business Strategy, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance to regulatory requirements
- Formulate financial plans and objectives, develop specific department goals
- Use financial analysis and forecasting by analysing revenue, cost drivers and identifying risks and opportunities to support decision-making and focus on improving profitability
- Support annual business planning and budgeting process and reviews against these plans
- Assist in the multi-year planning process
- Conduct all aspects of role in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and controls
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proficiency in financial analysis
- Demonstrate relevant work experience in Financial Services / Professional Services setting
- Ability to adapt financial strategies in response to changing markets & regulatory demands
- Must have a recognised professional accounting designation (ACA/ACCA/CPA)
- In-depth technical knowledge and understanding of IFRS, GAAP and IAS
- Able to collaborate and work with team managers in multiple jurisdictions

- Strong skillset with Microsoft Excel
