We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Management Accountant to support the Group Financial Controller (GFC) in maintaining accurate and timely financial records across multiple jurisdictions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant looking to develop within a dynamic, multi-entity environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial data, supporting reporting requirements, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of financial processes and controls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the GFC in maintaining financial records across all operating jurisdictions
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and supporting schedules
• Assist with internal reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver meaningful financial insights
• Assist with audit processes and statutory reporting requirements
• Contribute to process improvements and reporting efficiencies

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with 1–2 years’ post-qualified experience
• Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to build robust financial models and reports
• Experience with Power BI is advantageous
• Working knowledge of NavOne (general ledger system)
• Familiarity with banking platforms and treasury processes
• Strong understanding of financial functions and internal reporting requirements
• Good knowledge of FRS 102
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality outputs to strict deadlines
