We are seeking a talented and experienced corporate manager to join our client. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and managing a team of administrators to drive business growth, achieve operational excellence, and deliver exceptional results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsibility for a portfolio of clients (including complex and crown jewel clients)
  • Act as an Alternate Director of team client companies
  • Act as an Authorised Signatory
  • Manage a team of administrators
  • Responsibility for the financial management of the team
  • Responsibility for ensuring that team accounting deadlines and review deadlines are met
  • Ensure team adherence to internal company procedures
  • Perform high level review of client accounts / financial statements
  • Board Pack Preparation
  • Conducting reviews on own clients

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Table 4 qualification 
  • 8 years’ relevant industry experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience of developing and coaching others
  • A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of local finance industry, legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent understanding of client financial statements
  • People management theory and practical application
  • Performance management of a team

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions to complex business challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyse and interpret financial data and make informed business decisions
  • A passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
