We have an exciting in-house opportunity for a Manager, Corporate Affairs with an international business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage and oversee corporate governance and compliance requirements for a complex international structure
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring proactive and effective communication
  • Deliver oversight on operational processes, risk management, and corporate administration
  • Contribute to the growth and strategic development of the Jersey office, aligned with global business objectives

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A relevant degree (Legal, Business, Finance, Accounting, or similar)
  • A professional qualification such as ICSA/STEP (preferred)
  • At least 10 years’ experience in a financial institution, ideally within a fast-paced multinational corporate services environment
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role

  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and drive high standards
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
