KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee corporate governance and compliance requirements for a complex international structure
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
- Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring proactive and effective communication
- Deliver oversight on operational processes, risk management, and corporate administration
- Contribute to the growth and strategic development of the Jersey office, aligned with global business objectives
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A relevant degree (Legal, Business, Finance, Accounting, or similar)
- A professional qualification such as ICSA/STEP (preferred)
- At least 10 years’ experience in a financial institution, ideally within a fast-paced multinational corporate services environment
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role

- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and drive high standards
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
