Apply for this jobWe're working with a leading financial services organisation to recruit an experienced Manager to join its Funds team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fund administration professional to work with a diverse portfolio of Real Estate and Private Equity structures, supporting a prestigious international client base while leading a high-performing team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service across a range of fund administration, management and company secretarial activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the administration of a portfolio of Real Estate and Private Equity Fund structures, including Limited Partnerships, Fund Companies and SPVs
- Deliver high-quality administration, management and company secretarial services in line with client and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries and professional advisors, ensuring an exceptional level of service
- Review and oversee the preparation of board packs, minutes, resolutions and statutory documentation
- Coordinate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and restructuring activities
- Interpret and administer complex legal documentation, including Limited Partnership Agreements, debt documentation, sale and purchase agreements and lease agreements
- Oversee cash management activities and ensure accurate execution of client instructions
- Manage, mentor and develop team members, supporting performance, training and career progression
- Review work completed by the team
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvements and operational efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent), with GCSE Mathematics and English (Grades A–C / 9–4)
- Ideally completed, or currently studying towards ICSA Diploma (or equivalent)
- A minimum of five years' experience within Real Estate, Private Equity, Trust or Company Administration
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate and/or Private Equity fund structures
- Sound understanding of corporate structures and company secretarial practices
- Experience interpreting legal documentation, including LPAs, debt documentation, sale and purchase agreements and leases
- Proven people management and team leadership experience.
