We are supporting a well-regarded company in Jersey with the appointment of a Manager – Operations. This role is ideal for an experienced Trust Administration professional who is looking to step into a broader operational capacity, providing oversight, structure, and support across the business while contributing to the delivery of strategic objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide operational oversight and support to the Operations team, Board, Committees, and departments to help achieve strategic goals
• Review operational processes, workflows, and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Lead the enhancement and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant business operations
• Support governance, reporting, and operational initiatives across the business
• Act as a key point of contact for operational matters, working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
• Manage staff, set performance goals, undertake appraisals and provide guidance and feedback
• Participate in internal committees, subcommittees or working parties to support governance initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience within the Jersey trust industry or a similar operational environment
• At least 3 years’ experience at Assistant Manager or Manager level
• Fully qualified to meet Category B requirements under the JFSC Codes of Practice
• Strong understanding of Jersey trust, company, foundation, and limited partnership law
