We are partnering with a leading company to appoint a Manager, Private Wealth into their high-performing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional to step into a leadership role where you will manage complex client portfolios and guide a team of administrators delivering exceptional service.

This hybrid role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership, play a key part in client relationship development, and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of administrators to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service
• Oversee the administration of complex private wealth structures, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Work closely with the Associate Director / Director to manage and grow client relationships
• Provide technical and commercial advice to clients and team members
• Review and improve processes to enhance efficiency and maintain best practice standards
• Support business development by identifying opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and attract new clients

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• A strong background in administration services
• 6 years of relevant experience within private wealth, fiduciary, or trust services
• Considerable practical experience, ideally supported by a professional qualification such as CGI or STEP
• Proven ability to manage complex client affairs and structures
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team, fostering professional growth and collaboration
• Demonstrable understanding of regulatory and governance requirements within the private wealth sector
