Are you a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager looking for an exciting fixed-term opportunity? We’re seeking a creative and results-driven professional to join our client’s team for an 11-month contract, working closely with the Marketing & Communications Director and the wider team to deliver impactful marketing services aligned with the business strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Work with the Marketing & Communications Director to deliver innovative and effective campaigns
• Oversee multi-channel marketing activities, including digital, social media, events, and PR
• Manage stakeholder relationships across the Channel Islands, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimise results
• Represent the marketing function at key internal and external meetings
• Travel as required to support marketing initiatives and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate with recruitment marketing colleagues to support the effective delivery of Recruitment Marketing campaigns throughout the year

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Hold a professional Marketing qualification (degree level or otherwise)
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and campaign execution
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills to measure and optimise marketing effectiveness
