An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a highly reputable organisation in Jersey during a period of transformation and growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional currently operating at Manager level within Financial Services, who is looking to broaden their exposure across multiple jurisdictions and play a key role in shaping an evolving marketing function.

Reporting directly into the Head of Marketing, you will gain excellent visibility across the wider business and have the opportunity to contribute strategically as the company continues to expand its internal marketing offering. The business is open to considering either a permanent hire or a short-term fixed-term contract whilst they identify the right long-term fit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support and deliver the firm’s marketing strategy across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage a broad range of marketing activity including campaigns, brand, communications, events and digital marketing
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to understand commercial objectives and align marketing initiatives accordingly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and third-party suppliers
• Assist with the development of the firm’s evolving internal marketing function
• Collaborate directly with the Head of Marketing on strategic projects and business initiatives
• Ensure all marketing activity aligns with regulatory and brand requirements within a Financial Services environment
• Analyse campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience working within a Financial Services marketing environment
• Currently operating at Marketing Manager level or equivalent
• Experience within a generalist marketing role covering both strategic and hands-on delivery
• Strong understanding of stakeholder management within a corporate environment
• Experience managing and coordinating external agencies
• Exposure to multi-jurisdictional or international markets would be highly advantageous
• Relevant marketing qualification preferred
