Mergers & Acquisition Communications Manager, FTC
Apply for this jobWe are seeking an experienced M&A Communications Contractor to support our client’s People & Culture and Commercial teams during a period of rapid growth through acquisitions. This role will provide expert communications counsel and execution support, ensuring clear, engaging, and effective communication to all internal and external stakeholders.
As a key advisor in the M&A process, you will be responsible for driving engagement, clarity, and positive sentiment, helping to navigate organisational change and integration smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support M&A activity
- Craft clear and engaging messaging for employees, leadership, and external stakeholders
- Provide change management communications to support cultural alignment during acquisitions
- Work closely with senior leadership, HR, and commercial teams to ensure messaging consistency
- Manage internal announcements, external press releases, and stakeholder engagement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in M&A communications, change management, or corporate communications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for diverse audiences
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
