We are supporting Andium Homes in appointing two new Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) to join its Board — each bringing distinct experience and perspective, but a shared commitment to excellence, inclusion, and community impact.

Role 1: Finance & Development Focus

Ideal for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with senior-level experience advising Boards or CFOs.  You’ll bring strategic financial insight and ideally, practical exposure to property development, housing, or capital markets — though this is not essential.

Role 2: Commercial & Digital Focus

Suited to a proven business leader or former CEO/Director, with experience driving strategy and leading people through change.  Expertise in data, technology, or digital transformation would be highly valued, as Andium continues to innovate its services and systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Shape and challenge strategy in alignment with Andium’s purpose and values
• Ensure sound governance, compliance, and effective risk oversight
• Champion transparency, diversity, and accountability across the organisation
• Actively engage with stakeholders — including the Government of Jersey, regulators, and tenants
• Bring your expertise to committee work (Audit, Remuneration, Nominations, etc.) and Board discussions

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Role 1: Chartered or Certified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with senior-level financial experience
• Role 2: Proven leadership at CEO, Director, or equivalent level within a complex organisation. Experience in implementing data and/or digital strategies is highly desirable
• Previous Board or committee experience, ideally in a regulated or public-interest organisation
• Experience influencing and engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners
• Understanding of the social housing, public sector, or community-based services environment
• Experience in the Channel Islands or other island communities would be an advantage
