Office Manager / Onboarding Specialist
Apply for this jobOur client, a global investment company, has a requirement for an Office Manager / Onboarding Specialist. The successful candidate will efficiently manage both the KYC and onboarding processes. This pivotal role will also be responsible for providing administrative support for both the legal and senior management team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating and handling the approval and onboarding process for new trading counterparties
- Managing the schedule and the process of periodic counterparty/broker review
- Managing and handling the flow of AML/KYC requests from counterparties/brokers
- New product/advisory business approval - coordinating the approval process for trading in new financial instruments and new markets
- Periodic AML/KYC/Sanction reviews for investment products and portfolio positions
- Vendor onboarding and on-going due diligence
- Governance, process and documentation - familiarising with the new counterparty onboarding, new product approval and vendor onboarding processes, engineering and improving the same
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Relevant finance industry experience
- Capability to digest relevant AML/KYC/sanction regulations and directly interact with counterparties to determine their application
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills combined with the techincal capability to apply and leverage these skills using the firm's internal software tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence and resilience to interact directly with both internal and external stakeholders and independently drive timetables/deadlines
- Detail oriented, self-directed and willingness to learn and to develop new processes including technical solutions to solve problems
- Ability to understand interdependencies among processes and to coordinate moving parts in processes
