Our client, a global investment company, has a requirement for an Office Manager / Onboarding Specialist.  The successful candidate will efficiently manage both the KYC and onboarding processes.  This pivotal role will also be responsible for providing administrative support for both the legal and senior management team.

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To assist in the ongoing data management of the client/investor lifecycle, ensuring all client and investor static data is captured, recorded and accurate on the client’s information sharing platform
  • General administration duties
  • Document and organise the legal, compliance and operations processes
  • Set up of new office and oversee the general office operation
  • Company secretary related filings
  • Attend meetings, take notes and circulate notes

 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Relevant finance industry experience

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

  • Must be a self-starter and confident working on their own initiative
  • Excellent administrative, planning, organisational and time management skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach
