We’re working with a leading professional services firm to find an organised, people-focused Onboarding Advisor to join their growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong client relationship experience and a solid grounding in KYC/AML to step into a pivotal coordination role.

You'll act as the link between client engagement teams and the central KYC function — ensuring that the right data is collected efficiently and accurately, and that internal AML/CFT and client acceptance procedures are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a key contact between client teams and the KYC operations unit
• Guide teams through the client onboarding process, ensuring clarity and efficiency
• Coordinate the collection of KYC data in line with internal AML/CFT policies
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across the business
• Provide guidance on client acceptance requirements and risk-based decisions
• Help streamline and simplify processes wherever possible

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• AML certificate or equivalent compliance-related qualification preferred
• Experience in client onboarding, AML/KYC, or compliance roles
• Good understanding of legal structures across client types (e.g. corporates, trusts, funds)
• Familiarity with the regulatory environment and client risk considerations
