We are working with a leading professional services firm to recruit an Onboarding Adviser to support and enhance the client onboarding experience. This role acts as the key liaison between Line of Service engagement teams, clients, and the KYC Operations team, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient onboarding process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the primary liaison between engagement teams, clients, and the KYC Operations team throughout the onboarding process
• Support and enhance the client onboarding experience by ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient completion of KYC requirements
• Apply AML/CFT policies and Client Acceptance procedures to ensure full regulatory compliance
• Manage and coordinate the collection of KYC documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders, setting and managing expectations effectively
• Identify, track, and escalate onboarding issues or risks where appropriate
• Work closely with engagement teams to ensure all procedural and regulatory requirements are met
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes and efficiency
• Work to defined KPIs and ensure timely delivery of onboarding outputs

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Preferably hold AML certification or equivalent
• Strong understanding of KYC processes, AML/CFT regulations, and the wider financial regulatory environment
• Exposure to compliance monitoring processes would be advantageous

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident in escalating issues appropriately and managing risk effectively
• Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
