We’re working with a well-established professional services organisation seeking an Operations Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the business. This is a varied, hands-on role that sits at the heart of operations, providing facilities, banking platform, and general operational support across the firm.

You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager, Group Operations Director, and IT Operations team, while also supporting client-facing teams and local Managing Directors to ensure offices run efficiently and effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide day-to-day operations and facilities support across the business
  • Manage and maintain banking platform administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Act as a key point of contact between Operations, IT Operations, and client-facing teams
  • Support local Managing Directors with operational and administrative requirements
  • Assist with general office operations, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure clear communication and coordination across teams and locations

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Previous experience in an operations or administrative support role (preferred)
  • Experience within financial services is desirable but not essential
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Comfortable working in a professional, regulated environment

  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
