In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our outsourcing roadmap, managing relationships with outsourcing partners, and driving continuous improvement in the outsourcing processes.

As the Outsourcing Manager, you will be a key player in driving operational excellence and business growth. You will work closely with the team of experts to identify new outsourcing opportunities, negotiate contracts with outsourcing partners, and ensure that our outsourcing projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest levels of quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advise business on local regulatory outsourcing requirements
• Ensure that details of all live outsourcing arrangements are recorded and risk assessed
• Maintain a document repository, with up to date copies of all Service Level Agreements, risk assessments and review meeting minutes in place
• Monitor the progress on all outsourcing ‘projects’ to ensure that they remain valid and aligned to outsourcing project requirements
• Ensure the business managers are conducting annual reviews and have continuity plans in place
• Undertake annual risk assessments of the outsourcing frameworks
• Maintain the local outsourcing policy
• Organise, prepare packs and minute a six-monthly Outsourcing Committee

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Preferably experience in risk management, project management or company secretarial duties
• Knowledge of regulatory outsourcing requirements is not required as training will be provided in this regard
