We’re working on a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal to join the internal legal function at one of the leading offshore law firms, supporting their non-regulated entities.

This is a great role for someone with legal experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is looking to take their next step in-house with a respected, forward-thinking organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting with the onboarding of third-party suppliers, conducting necessary legal and regulatory due diligence
• Reviewing and coordinating Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Data Protection Agreements, and other contracts
• Supporting with legal and regulatory analysis on supplier documentation and internal matters
• Helping maintain internal processes, records, and ensuring compliance with group-wide legal standards
• Working closely with the wider legal and compliance teams to support strategic business goals

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• A relevant legal qualification is required
• Previous experience in a similar legal environment, ideally within a law firm or in-house legal team

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
• Effective communicator who can engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive, can-do approach and a genuine interest in commercial legal work
• Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
