We have a fantastic opportunity for a capable and commercially minded Paralegal or legally qualified professional to join the largest dedicated investment funds team in Jersey.

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience working with high-value, international clients and complex fund structures. Whether you're an experienced paralegal, newly qualified, or further along in your legal career, if you have strong technical skills and a genuine interest in funds and finance, we’d love to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Support complex transactions and fund launches from inception through to closing
• Provide detailed, commercially aware legal advice across fund, regulatory, and corporate law
• Manage documentation, client correspondence, and regulatory filings with precision and autonomy
• Collaborate with lawyers and partners across jurisdictions on multi-faceted matters
• Remain informed on key legal, regulatory, and market developments impacting the funds space

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• A relevant academic background and ideally professional qualifications, preferably gained in a common law jurisdiction
• Experience in corporate, funds, regulatory, or finance law — with the ability to manage and understand complex legal information
