KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide company secretarial support for a portfolio of private client and trust entities
- Prepare board packs, minutes, resolutions, and statutory filings
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Support the governance framework across the client base
- Liaise directly with Directors, Trustees, and other stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in a Company Secretarial role, ideally within a trust or private wealth environment
- Hold CGI or equivalent
- Familiarity with local regulatory and statutory requirements
- Experience working with trust and private client entities is an advantage

- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a methodical approach
- Discreet, reliable, and able to manage confidential information with integrity
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
