We’re currently supporting a privately owned, independent trust company with their search for a Part-Time Company Secretary. This is a unique opportunity to join a small, close-knit team that takes real pride in their work and values a collaborative, friendly working environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide company secretarial support for a portfolio of private client and trust entities
  • Prepare board packs, minutes, resolutions, and statutory filings
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Support the governance framework across the client base
  • Liaise directly with Directors, Trustees, and other stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in a Company Secretarial role, ideally within a trust or private wealth environment
  • Hold CGI or equivalent
  • Familiarity with local regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Experience working with trust and private client entities is an advantage

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a small team environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a methodical approach
  • Discreet, reliable, and able to manage confidential information with integrity
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
