This role offers the unique flexibility of 2-3 days a week, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments, together with an opportunity to make an immediate impact. (temporary candidates prepared to convert to permanent may also be considered)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Head of Compliance in ensuring the group’s Fund Services and Trust Company businesses remain compliant with applicable Laws, Regulations, Codes and industry best practice
• Pro-actively maintaining appropriate compliance and AML systems and controls
• Assisting with AML and Client Due Diligence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a culture of compliance excellence
• Maintenance of Regulatory Registers
• Assisting the CO (Compliance Officer) with submission of Regulatory returns
• Assisting the CO with the collation of information for inclusion in ARC and Board Reports

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in compliance management, preferably within the investment sector
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices
