*Part Time Role* Investment Operations Officer, Family Office

This is a rare opportunity to be an integral part of a friendly family office where you will be responsible for the general oversight and controls for the Treasury activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Investment and Treasury reporting
- Trade settlements
- Daily reconciliations of trading activities
- Maintain and update Investment procedures
- Ensure corporate actions and derivative dates are noted and communicated
- Calculate and produce trade tickets
- Monitor portfolio limits
- Prepare minutes
- Provide analytics for the Investment oversight Committee
- Provide analytics, performance and positions reporting for inclusion in Board reports
- Prepare investor relations communications
- Assisting accounting team with financial statement preparation
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Investment qualified
- Preferably prior experience in the Investment portfolio management industry
- Highly analytical approach with good understanding of governance
