PE Fund In-House, Fund Administrator

This is an outstanding opportunity to join the middle office of a top tier PE house established in Jersey for over 15 years. The successful candidate will join the Fund Administration team administering active Funds and their associated coinvest Vehicles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process instructions accurately and within agreed deadlines with sufficient supporting documentation
- Liaise with the in-house finance function to ensure all internal invoices are raised and processed appropriately
- Treasury management to include opening / closing of accounts
- Assist with external AML requests
- Review, complete and prepare documents for signing
- Assist with investor queries
- Work with the outsource Administration providers to provide a first class service
- Ensure that all managed entities supporting documentation is filed as a soft copy when necessary
- Work as part of a team to ensure that handovers for holidays are completed and provide cover for other roles within the Team
- Ensure that all work completed complies with the Company compliance processes and procedures
- Ensure that any other reasonable task requested of you by the Senior Manager or a Director is completed on time and accurately
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in a fund administration role or a similar regulated business is preferable but training will be given
- Experience with fund administration platforms whilst not essential, would be desirable
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft office etc

- Strong interpersonal / communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to work both independently and be a collaborative team member
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a calm manner whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail is a must
