We’re looking for a Power Platform Developer who thrives on creating smart, efficient, and scalable applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You’ll work closely with business teams to translate real-world problems into innovative technical solutions, building workflows, dashboards, and reports that truly make an impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Integrate Power Apps with various data sources, including SharePoint, SQL Server, and third-party applications
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes
• Create and manage Power BI reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights
• Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of Power Platform solutions
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements for Power Platform applications
• Stay up to date with latest features, tools, and best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience as a Power Platform / Power Apps Developer
• Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications
• Experience working through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong background in database technologies (SQL) and managing complex data sets
• Knowledge of additional data analysis tools (Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
• Experience in financial services or fintech environments is beneficial but not essential
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, Python, Power FX
