Private Capital Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fiduciary professional to step into a senior role within a high-performing and collaborative team, supporting a diverse portfolio of international private capital, corporate, and fiduciary structures.
This role sits at the heart of client service delivery, combining complex client relationship management with the oversight of sophisticated structures across private wealth, corporate, and private capital mandates. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient administration, governance, and regulatory compliance of client entities, while contributing to the continued growth and development of the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a portfolio of complex private capital client structures, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of trusts, companies, and other offshore structures
- Ensure full compliance with AML/CFT regulations, internal policies, and fiduciary duties
- Lead on client onboarding, ongoing KYC reviews, and periodic risk assessments
- Review and approve work prepared by administrators, providing guidance and oversight where required
- Coordinate with compliance, risk, accounting, and investment teams to ensure seamless client service
- Manage client expectations effectively, ensuring clear and timely communication at all stages
- Support complex structuring, transactions, and lifecycle events across client portfolios
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the team
- Where applicable, mentor and support junior team members
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5 - 10 yrs experience serving HNW international families
- Solid knowledge of AML/CFT requirements, KYC processes, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience managing client relationships within a regulated financial services environment
- STEP, ICSA, Accountancy or Legal qualification

- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in all work
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
