KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the primary contact and have overall responsibility for the client relationships associated with their administration team ensuring client services are exemplary
• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
• Drive appropriate behaviour and take action to ensure agreed business targets are met for their team and will ensure all statutory records and company registers are maintained in good order
• Provide tailored wealth management and financial planning solutions
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 15 years in wealth management or client services
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and drive business growth
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
