We’re looking for a qualified Dispute Resolution lawyer to step into a strategic Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) role supporting the British Virgin Islands (BVI) Dispute Resolution service line.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating, managing, and maintaining precedents, knowhow, and client briefings for the BVI Dispute Resolution team
• Monitoring legal and regulatory changes and ensuring timely internal dissemination
• Supporting global KM strategy by collaborating with PSLs and fee earners across jurisdictions
• Helping to improve client service through KM initiatives, digital tools, AI, and automation
• Using data and analytics to inform KM priorities and identify key opportunities for impact
• Working closely with business services to align KM with broader client engagement strategy

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• A legal qualification and around 3 years’ PQE in Dispute Resolution, ideally with offshore or cross-border exposure
• A genuine interest in legal tech, knowledge systems, and process improvement
• Experience with (or curiosity about) the BVI legal environment is advantageous
