Programme Manager
Apply for this jobWe are seeking a Programme Manager to take ownership of strategic initiatives within a leading financial services firm. This permanent role will focus on delivering operational improvements and overseeing digital platform integrations. You'll play a key part in aligning projects with business objectives, driving efficiencies, and ensuring smooth implementation through effective stakeholder engagement and expert project delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Spearhead the introduction and integration of new digital platforms to support the company goals
- Drive and lead operational change initiatives, with a primary focus on core administration platforms such as Viewpoint, BankClarity, Allvue, and other supporting digital platforms
- Mentor teams to elevate project management competencies
- Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including user guides, updates to Group Policy and Procedures
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, maintaining a dynamic RAIDD (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Decisions) log
- Ensure meticulous documentation and reporting by maintaining comprehensive project records
- Manage and influence stakeholder relationships
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with leading project management teams within the finance or professional services industry at a senior level
- A digitally savvy individual who enjoys exploring and leveraging technology to improve work processes & drive efficiencies
- Extensive experience managing end-to-end implementation of new digital systems and platforms
- Advanced proficiency in change and project management methodologies, including both waterfall and agile frameworks
