Property Asset Manager, Family Office
Apply for this jobWe are working with a prestigious Family Office seeking an experienced Property Asset Manager to oversee the management, readiness, maintenance and commercial optimisation of the family’s private property portfolio in Turkey. The successful candidate will ensure residences are maintained to the highest standards, fully prepared for family use and efficiently operated, while supporting the optimisation of property and lifestyle assets when they are not in use.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate all works, repairs, maintenance, renovations and improvement projects across the family’s property portfolio
- Prepare properties for family arrivals, overseeing readiness checks, staffing, supplies, utilities, security, transport, guest arrangements and special requirements
- Maintain the master property schedule
- Organise and supervise the work of Property Managers, ensuring consistent standards and service levels across all residences
- Monitor property and asset operating budgets
- Coordinate with the Accounts Payable & Treasury Controller regarding supplier invoices, deposits, recurring property costs and urgent payments
- Provide property cost and usage information to the Senior Analyst – Private FP&A
- Support the Chief Accountant – Personal with documentation relating to property expenses
- Maximise approved property revenues when the family is not in residence
- Support the appropriate commercialisation and revenue generation of the family’s art collection where approved
- Ensure properties are maintained to the required family standards
- Maintain comprehensive property files
- Coordinate with security teams to ensure access control, privacy and family safety protocols are consistently maintained
- Identify operational risks, maintenance issues, staffing gaps, cost inefficiencies and service-quality concerns, escalating issues appropriately
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong experience in property management, property operations, facilities management, luxury hospitality or a comparable high-end private environment
- Experience overseeing multiple properties or complex residential assets would be highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Hospitality, Business, Facilities Management or a related discipline is preferred
- Experience with major renovation, refurbishment or capital projects would be advantageous
