This role would suit a hands-on property or facilities management professional with a strong track record in health & safety and a desire to drive high standards in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the management and maintenance of property and facilities across the business
- Oversee all health & safety standards, policies, and compliance across locations
- Drive operational efficiencies through effective contractor and vendor management
- Develop and implement robust maintenance strategies aligned to ISO and legislative standards
- Lead and develop a small team, promoting collaboration, continuous improvement, and a safety-first culture
- Maintain and report on budgets, ensuring cost-effective and compliant service delivery
- Monitor risk and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including ISO, IOSH, and NEBOSH
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- British Institute of Facilities Management Level 4 (or equivalent)
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
- Proven senior experience in property/facilities management
- Knowledge of construction, plant, and building maintenance
- Strong contract and budget management skills

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership abilities
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
