KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and perform quality assurance reviews of first-line CDD activities across the client portfolio
- Ensure all required CDD documents are correctly identified and collated by analysts
- Identify gaps and weaknesses in the CDD process and work with the team to implement improvements
- Engage with colleagues and support their activities with customers to provide CDD information and documentation within service levelsMonitor compliance with AML/CFT obligations and help ensure consistent best practice
- Contribute to risk mitigation efforts and provide practical input into policy and procedural enhancements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Corporate CDD specific experience
- Professional qualification for this role (e.g., ICA Advanced Certificate/Diploma or equivalent) would be a bonus
- Experience working with complex corporate structures
- Experience with the end-to-end CDD process for corporate entities
- Familiarity with regulatory expectations and quality assurance frameworks

- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
