Due to the ongoing growth of the business we are looking for an exceptional Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full responsibility for a client portfolio as well as business development of new accounts
• Deliver exceptionally high levels of client and candidate service
• Develop and nurture relationships at executive level across the market
• Play a full part in the ongoing development of the Maven Partners Offshore brand

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

• A good academic background
• A demonstrable track record of success as a recruitment consultant ideally within the financial services industry
• Ideally a minimum of 2-5 years previous recruitment experience within the Executive Search industry or a closely related business

• A strong professional network and a natural flair for “networking”
• You will need to be self-motivated, results driven, comfortable operating at a fast pace and have excellent influencing and selling skills
