THE ROLES:
Relationship Manager:
- Take the lead in growing and servicing a portfolio of Local Clients
- Collaborating with product specialists to provide our clients with the Bank’s key products, from deposits to lending, investment products, and credit cards
- Offer top-notch customer service through a mix of face-to-face, telephone, and digital banking interactions
- Proactively build a comprehensive knowledge of the bank’s products and services
- Prepared to structure and/or underwrite mortgage/credit facilities
- Active contribution towards the bank’s financial targets and the revenue/profitability of your clients
- Build and maintain a clear understanding of the bank risk appetite, policies and guidelines
- Always be on the lookout for process efficiency or more effective ways of working
- Assist with assessing client risk in order to ensure timely and accurate completion of client periodic risk reviews and close any KYC/AML shortfalls
Junior Relationship Manager:
- Learn the ropes of relationship management by working alongside experienced professionals
- Assist in the provision of outstanding customer service through various contact channels
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in a front office client relationship role or equivalent
- A track record of working collaboratively within a team
- Strong experience of lending
- A successful track record of working towards financial targets
- A high degree of risk awareness and compliance orientation
- A pro-active approach to suggest new ideas/innovation/process change to deliver for client requirements
