We have an excellent opportunity for a Reviewer.  In this role, you’ll ensure that client and entity reviews are completed accurately, consistently, and within established timelines, all while following our internal procedures. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining our client’s reputation as a trusted, world-class service provider, supporting our client deliver exceptional experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Undertake reviews in accordance with policy and procedures
• Raise Review Action Points in a clear and concise manner
• Consider amendment to procedures as required
• Maintaining registers of reviews with accurate data
• Maintain property register
• Assistance with internal improvement initiatives
• Provide training to new entrants on Acumen Review Process and Action Point clearance through Acumen tasks modules

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Solid experience in a trust and company environment, with a deep understanding of client and entity administration and compliance processes
• A certified ICSA or STEP qualification is highly desirable, though we welcome applicants who are committed to obtaining one
