An excellent opportunity for an experienced risk professional to step into a pivotal Risk Programme Manager role, leading the design, implementation, and oversight of strategic risk initiatives across Firmwide Risk.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of firmwide risk programmes
• Drive operational excellence across cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and internal quality standards
• Support the delivery of risk mitigation strategies by embedding strong controls and processes
• Influence and engage senior stakeholders to ensure effective governance
• Draft clear process notes and maintain a full audit trail from data sourcing to final reporting
• Monitor deadlines (e.g., regulatory returns) and ensure timely submissions
• Leverage digital tools and platforms to support tracking and reporting

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in risk management, compliance, or governance within professional services or financial institutions
• Professional qualifications in risk, project management, or governance are desirable (willingness to study if not already achieved)
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and operational risk controls
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex programmes with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with frameworks such as QMSE and ISQM1 desirable
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms for risk control tracking an advantage
